ALBAIK ‘You and ALBAIK Are Neighbors’ takes on new dimensions with its community relations activities. Attendees take part in Ramadan supermarket sweepstakes

Celebrating the opening of the 42nd outlet in the Western Region, ALBAIK in cooperation with Danube Supermarkets launched a Ramadan Supermarket Sweepstakes.  The Ramadan Supermarket Sweepstakes featured attendees and invitees taking part filling up supermarket trolleys with Ramadan goodies to be donated to the Makkah Al Mukarramah Charity Organization. 

The Ramadan Supermarket Sweepstakes hosted to coincide with the opening of the latest ALBAIK outlet on Alarabaeen Street next to Danube Supermarket witnessed great feedback and interest from the invited guests who wanted to take part and help in providing Ramadan goodies and treats for those in need.  Participants were given trolleys and directions on how to take part with a deadline of three minutes to gather as much Ramadan staples and treats within the set time before the whistle would blow for them to head to the cashier to tally up their shopping.  The team with the most groceries reaching SR 2,500 received a medal and all participants received gift items and certificates for their benevolent participation for the benefit of those in need.  Afterwards the guests returned to the new outlet for a brief tour and update on the new location. 

All trolleys filled by the participants were boxed and presented to the Makkah Charity Organization representative in attendance at the Ramadan Supermarket Sweepstakes.

Rami Abu Ghazaleh CEO of ALBAIK Food Systems during the opening of the latest ALBAIK outlet.  “Opening outlets in various locations as per our customers’ needs and launching with a community activity such as Ramadan Supermarket Sweepstakes is what ALBAIK is committed to do for every community it serves.  We also thank everyone that took part with us not only in celebration but most importantly to help provide for those in need especially with the approach of Ramadan.” 

Following on its new outlet opening slogan “You and ALBAIK are Neighbors” ALBAIK is committed to the neighborhoods and communities it serves that brings together the community in a neighborly fashion.  The latest ALBAIK outlet situated in a prime location on Alarabeen Street next to Danube Supermarket is a take away outlet that serves a number of neighborhoods including AlRihab and Alaziziyah Districts; Tahleyah, Alarabeen and Palestine Streets.  With a floor space of 230 m2 the outlet is set up with a special ordering area for women.  The new restaurant is fully equipped with the most modern kitchen facilities to ensure quick service for take-away customers and offers the full-fledged ALBAIK menu.
